John was extremely good about identifying how to have me look best. He was able to have me comfortable enough to have a natural smile and facial expression. My read was that he has photographed thousands of people of all shapes and sizes and knows how to make all of us look our best. My photo will be publicly visible, so I am thrilled that he brought out the best.
